Cost-free collection at Westwing
At Westwing, you have the option of returning large and bulky products free of charge.
Find out how it works here:
- Contact customer service: If you would like a free collection for your return, simply contact Westwing customer service.
- Please state the order number, the number of parcels to be collected and the desired collection date.
- Confirmation of the collection date: Westwing will take care of everything else and confirm the date for collection.
Collection with shipping service provider
- Choice of date: For collection by the shipping service provider of your country, you can choose a collection day between Monday and Saturday. Please note that a lead time of two days is usually required.
- Collection by parcel carrier: The parcel will be collected by the same parcel carrier who normally delivers parcels to you.
Collection via a forwarding agent
- For shipping items: If the product was delivered by a forwarding agent, Westwing will also organize a free pick-up by a forwarding agent.
- 2-man team: The pick-up is usually carried out by a 2-man team that packs the items securely.
Coordination of the pick-up date: The shipping company will contact you in good time to coordinate the pick-up date.
No costs for you
- Free collection: Regardless of whether the collection is made via your shipping service provider or a forwarding agent, there are no costs for you.
