Return Process
At Westwing , you can easily and freely register a return online within the return period .
Here's how it works:

Registering the Return
Log into your Westwing account on the website and go to "My Orders". Find the order with the item you want to return. Click on " View Order ", then "Edit", and select the " Return " option. Register the items for return.

Return Documents
Print the documents for the free return directly or have them sent to you by email.

Packing the Return
Please pack the goods entirely, securely and undamaged in the original packaging or other suitable wrapping . Make sure to include the return slip.

Attaching the Return Label
Attach the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Dropping Off at a Parcel Shop
Simply drop off the package at a parcel shop. The return is free for you.

Reason for Return:
To improve service, Westwing asks for the reason for the return. Providing this information is voluntary but helpful for Westwing.
Return with Freight Forwarding
For large and bulky products delivered by freight forwarding, Westwing also organizes free pickups by a freight forwarding company.
Here are the steps:
Contact Customer Service:
- Contact Westwing customer service to arrange the pickup by freight forwarding.
Pickup by Freight Forwarding:
- The pickup is usually carried out by a two-person team. The items will be securely packed before loading.
Return and Refund:
- After the goods have been inspected at the Westwing shipping center, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund confirmation.
Notes on Returns
- Gift Cards and Certain Products: The described return policy does not apply to purchase Gift cards, food, plants, and trees.
- Conditions for Return: The goods must have been tested as they would be in a store and returned complete, undamaged, and in their original sales packaging.
