At Westwing , you can easily and freely register a return online in your customer account within the return period .
Here's how it works:
1. Log into your Westwing account on the website and go to "orders":
2. Find the order with the item you want to return.
Click on "View order" and select the "Return" option.
3. A new window opens:
Here you can select the items you wish to return and the return type. To improve the service, Westwing asks for the reason for the return. As return type select Return.
4. Return label, returns label or parcel sticker for returns
Print the return label for the free return directly or have it sent to you by email
5. Packing the Return
Please pack the goods entirely, securely and undamaged in the original packaging or other suitable wrapping . Make sure to include the return slip.
6. Attaching the Return Label
Attach the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
7. Dropping Off at a Parcel Shop
Simply drop off the package at a parcel shop. The return is free for you.
Return via Freight Carrier
You can also register a return for large and bulky products that were delivered by a freight carrier in your customer account as described above.
The collection is usually carried out by a two-person team. The items will be securely packed before loading.
Returns & Refunds:
Once the goods have been inspected at Westwing’s shipping centre, the refund will be processed within 5-10 days. Please keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund confirmation.
