How do I register a return?

At Westwing, you can easily register a return online and free of charge through your customer account within the applicable return period.

Here's how it works:

1. Log into your Westwing account on the website and go to 'My orders':

2. Find the order that contains the item you would like to return. 
3. Click on 'View order' and select the 'Return' option:

4. A new window will open: 

5. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the return type.
6. Pack the goods securely in their original packaging or in other suitable protective wrapping.
7. You will receive an email with detailed return instructions:

• Small or bulky items: You can take the parcel to the nearest parcel shop.
  If you are unable to bring the parcel to a drop-off point, please contact our Customer Care team - we will arrange a pick-up for you.
• Large items: We will arrange a pick-up on your behalf. You will receive detailed information from our logistics partner about when the parcel will be collected.

Return Policy Notes

• Returns are free of charge.
• You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the item arrives at our logistics center.
• The return policy described does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, food, plants or trees.
