At Westwing, you can easily register a return online and free of charge through your customer account within the applicable return period.
Here's how it works:
- Log into your Westwing account
on the website and go to 'My orders':
- Find the order that contains the item you would like to return.
- Click on 'View order' and select the 'Return' option:
- A new window will open:
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the return type.
- Pack the goods securely in their original packaging or in other suitable protective wrapping.
- You will receive an email with detailed return instructions:
- Small or bulky items: You can take the parcel to the nearest parcel shop.
If you are unable to bring the parcel to a drop-off point, please contact our Customer Care team - we will arrange a pick-up for you. - Large items: We will arrange a pick-up on your behalf. You will receive detailed information from our logistics partner about when the parcel will be collected.
Return Policy Notes
- Returns are free of charge.
- You will receive your refund within 14 days of the date the item arrives at our logistics center.
- The return policy described does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, food, plants or trees.
