Delivery partners

Delivery of large furniture
- Large furniture is delivered by freight service and may include a surcharge.
- The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
- Delivery is usually carried out by a 2-person team.
- Returns are arranged via freight pickup at no additional cost.
Delivery damage
If damage occurs during delivery:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Take photos as evidence.
- Report the issue to the logistics provider and our customer service.
- A repair cost estimate may be required to process the claim.
