For furniture purchased from our Westwing Shop, we already offer an assembly service in many delivery areas across United Kingdom.

The assembly service is booked per item. Prices vary depending on the product and the complexity of the assembly.
You will be able to view the prices during the checkout process before completing your payment.
How it works:
- Select the assembly service before submitting your order.
- Prior to delivery, our logistics partners will contact you to arrange an appointment.
- Upon delivery, your new product will be assembled at the specified location.
- Packaging materials will be removed by our team upon request.
Important notes:
- Please note that completed assembly service costs are non-refundable in the event of a product return.
- Please ensure that parking is available for the duration of the assembly appointment. This includes reserving a parking space for the delivery van on the day of delivery.
- Assembly will only be carried out at your delivery address, provided the location is accessible and offers sufficient space.
No wall mountings
Unfortunately, for legal reasons, no wall mountings can be performed as part of the assembly service. Please ensure that furniture requiring wall mounting is securely fixed. This is often essential for cabinets to ensure stability.
Scheduling your assembly appointment
Delivery and assembly will take place during the same appointment. No separate assembly appointment is required. Our logistics partner will contact you once delivery is planned to schedule the appointment.
Adding the assembly service later
You cannot add the assembly service manually after placing your order. Please cancel the order and place a new one with the service selected.
If the product is already in the delivery process, the service unfortunately cannot be added.
Cancelling the assembly service
If a product is cancelled, the associated assembly service will also be cancelled and refunded.
Should you decide to assemble the furniture yourself after booking the service, you may cancel the assembly service separately. Go to your customer account, select the order, and cancel the assembly service.
If the product is already in the delivery process, cancelling the assembly service is unfortunately no longer possible.
Returning a product with assembly service
Please note that completed assembly services are non-refundable when returning a product.
You may of course return the product as usual. For more details, please refer to our article on returns.
Please ensure that the product is disassembled prior to collection. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a disassembly service for returns.
