Undeliverable Shipments
If the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable following unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will issue a refund. In such cases, you would need to place a new order for the desired items.
Freight Deliveries
For deliveries made by freight, you may arrange a preferred delivery date. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule the appointment accordingly.
