We offer a wide range of logistics service providers. Large and heavy items are delivered by freight companies.
Delivery Large Furniture
Large furniture items are delivered by freight, with an additional surcharge per item. The freight company will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery is typically handled by a 2-person team who deliver the parcel to your desired location. For returns, we also arrange pickup by freight without additional cost to you.
Handling Delivery Damages
If damage occurs to your property during delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos for documentation. Inform the responsible logistics company and our customer service. Typically, an estimate for repairing the damage is required for the damage settlement process.
