Different delivery times in one order
Delivery times for each product are shown on the website.
You can find them in:
- the product description, or
- your shopping basket.
Westwing works with multiple suppliers. Because of this, delivery times may vary between products in the same order.
More sustainable delivery option
You can select the “More sustainable” delivery option at the final step of checkout:
If this option is selected:
- Westwing waits until all items in your order arrive at the warehouse.
- All items will be delivered together in a single delivery.
- The despatch timing is based on the product with the longest delivery time.
Exception: in some cases, consolidation is not possible, for example when the item is shipped directly from our supplier. In such cases, items will be sent separately.
Additional information
- Delivery costs are charged only once per order, regardless of the number of parcels.
