Received a wrong or defective item, or something is missing?
Within the 30-day return period, you can easily submit your complaint via your Westwing account:
Find the order containing the item you wish to complain about.
Click on "View order", then on "Manage order" and select the option "Return".
Now select Claim as the reason for return:
For a quick resolution, we require:
- A photo of the incorrect item, the defective part, or the missing item (marked in the assembly instructions).
- A photo of the item label with the item number.
- Simply upload the photos with your message.
Complaint processing:
- After receiving your complain we will inform you of the progress by e-mail.
Solution options:
- We will check the possibility of a replacement delivery. (Currently, replacement delivery isn't possible in Portugal and the Netherlands.)
- If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price or offer you a good discount.

If the 30-day return period has expired, you will not be able to register a return or complaint via your customer account. Please contact our Customer Service in this case.
