Offsetting against ordered items:
- If you have used a Gift Card for your order, the value of the Gift Card will be offset against the items on a pro rata basis.
- Higher-priced items will receive a larger proportion of the Gift Card value.
Refund for purchased Gift Cards:
- Gift Cards are automatically topped up and can be used again if items are returned.
Refund for promotional discounts:
- Promotional discounts can only be redeemed once.
- Any remaining value will expire after use.
- The value of the promotional discount will be apportioned to the products ordered. If an item is returned, the proportionate discount amount relating to the returned product will be forfeited, even if the value of the retained products exceeds the minimum order value.
Cancelled orders:
If an order is cancelled, the Gift Card or discount can be used again.
