- You can purchase printable Gift Cards on our website.
- These Gift Cards, you can use as payment for Westwing orders.
- We ask for your understanding that gift cards cannot be paid for with gift cards.
- Please note: currently Westwing only offers Gift Cards to print out.
Promotion discounts
- If we have added a promotion discount to your customer account, you will find it in your e-mails.
- You can check the amount, the minimum order value and the period of validity here.
- If you use a single-use promotion discount for your order, it will be used up by that order. The value of the promotion discount will be divided proportionally across the ordered products.
- In case of a return, the amount attributable to the returned product will be forfeited in full, even if the value of the products kept exceeds the minimum order value.
Promotion discounts from other providers
- If you have received a promotion discount code for Westwing from a third party and have problems redeeming it, please contact the third party who provided you with the promotion discount code.
Compensation discounts
- You may receive a discount as compensation or as a gesture of goodwill from our customer service.
- There must be a reason for every discount.
- You can only use the discount once.
