Using a Gift card
- After you have added items to your basket, go to the basket.
- You will find the subtotal, delivery costs and total under the items there.
- Under the total you will find the 'Add a voucher' link.
- Click on it to select your active gift card or enter the code manually.
- Make sure the code is spelt correctly and click 'redeem'.
- The amount will be deducted directly from the subtotal in green.
- You will also find the "Add a voucher" link under the order overview in the last step before submitting the order.
Using a Promotional discount or a discount
- Any promotional discount is permanently linked to your customer account.
- Check whether you are logged in with the correct e-mail address under which the discount was entered.
- If you have received the email with the discount but cannot find it, this could be because you have created several accounts with different e-mail addresses.
- Make sure that you are using the correct email address to access the relevant customer account.
Adding a gift card, promotional discount or a discount at a later date
- After submitting an order, it is unfortunately not possible to add any kind of voucher or to subsequently offset the value.
Invalid or expired gift card
- Please always check whether the voucher has expired or has already been used.
- If you have difficulties redeeming a gift card, please contact our customer service.
Further information
- Multiple gift cards can be redeemed within a single order.
- None of the vouchers, except the 'free delivery discount', can be used to offset the delivery costs.
- Remaining amounts cannot be paid out in cash.
- Promotional discount can only be used once and expires if the corresponding product is returned.
