Payment Methods at Westwing
We offer the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Credit / Debit Card
- Klarna
- Prepayment (Bank Transfer)
- ApplePay
- GooglePay
Westwing reserves the right to make certain payment methods available only to certain customers. It is therefore possible that certain payment methods are not displayed.
Payment processing
When you place your first order, we will first ask for your delivery and billing address. You can then select the desired payment method and confirm your order.
On the left-hand side, you will see a summary of the addresses and the selected payment method. You can check this information before completing the order and change it if necessary.
Note: the last address and payment details used are automatically applied to every subsequent order.
When you proceed to checkout, the view changes to the confirmation of your order, and you can check and adjust the address and payment details again.
Once the order has been completed, the selected payment method can no longer be changed. If you have accidentally entered outdated or incorrect data, please contact our customer service.
Protection of Your Payment Data
All personal data is treated confidentially and secured in accordance with applicable law.
Westwing uses modern encryption technologies, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to ensure secure online payments.
Your order data is transmitted in encrypted form.
Deletion of payment data
Your last payment details are stored in encrypted form on external servers and are automatically displayed again the next time you place an order.
If you would like to delete your last payment details, simply add an item to your basket, go to the checkout and remove the details from the selected payment method.
You can then cancel the order. The payment details will be requested again the next time you place an order.
