Have you not yet received your order? You can conveniently view your orders via your customer account and access the details of each individual purchase.
Steps to Access Your Shipment Tracking
Click on the relevant order, ‘View order’, and then use the ‘Track Delivery’ button.
Occasionally, the carrier may be unable to deliver the parcel directly to you. In such cases, it may be left with a neighbour, made available for collection at a designated parcel shop, or returned to the sender.
Order Ready for Collection at the Parcel Shop
If your order is available for collection at a parcel shop, you can find the relevant address and opening hours using the tracking information.
If the carrier did not leave a notification card, you may simply bring your ID for verification when collecting your parcel.
If collection is not possible for you, please contact our customer service team. Once the collection period has expired, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
Order Returned to Sender
Should the shipment be returned to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts, a refund will be issued automatically. You will need to place a new order for the item, if still available.
