Refund to the Payment Method Used
- After cancelling individual items or an entire order, a refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used for the order.
- Therefore, a reversal of the original payment is not possible.
- The refund is usually processed within a few working days.
- For payments made via instant bank transfer, the refund may take approximately 6–8 working days.
- For credit card payments, the refunded amount will typically appear on the next credit card statement.
- Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, we will immediately forward the cancellation request to the manufacturer. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the purchase amount will be refunded automatically.
Reimbursement of Delivery Costs
If all items in an order are cancelled, the delivery costs charged will also be refunded.
Refund of Used Gift Cards
If a Gift Card was used for the cancelled order, its value will be automatically reloaded and reactivated upon refund.
