Refund to the payment method used
Once we have received your return and the item has been accepted and checked by logistics, we will refund the corresponding amount to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days.
Please note that the credit to your credit card will take longer than with a bank transfer and will only be visible with your next credit card statement.
Refund of delivery costs
If you return all items from an order, we will also refund the delivery costs.
Refund of used Gift Card
If a multiple-use gift card code was used for an order and the order or part of it is returned, the value of the code that covered the order or product will be reloaded and reactivated.
If a one-time voucher code was used for the order (e.g. a voucher obtained through marketing activities), the voucher will not be reactivated after the product or order is returned.
