Received a wrong or defective item, or something is missing?
- If you have received a faulty item and decide to return it within 30 days of delivery, you can easily submit your request through your Westwing account:
- Find the order containing the item you wish to complain about.
- Click on 'View order', then select the option 'Return'.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item.
- If you have received a faulty item and would like to exchange it for a new one or request a discount, you can easily submit your complaint through our team Customer Service team.
Solution options:
- We will assess if a replacement delivery is possible.
- If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase or offer you an appropriate discount.
