Cost-free collection at Westwing
At Westwing, you have the option of returning large and bulky products free of charge if you are within the 30 days return period.

Confirmation of the collection date: Westwing will take care of everything else and confirm the date for collection.
Collection with delivery service provider
- Choice of date: when arranging collection with the service provider for your country, you can choose a collection day between Monday and Friday. Please note that advance notice of two days is usually required.
- Collection by parcel carrier: the parcel will be collected by the same parcel carrier who normally delivers parcels to you.
Collection via a forwarding agent
- For delivery items: if the product was delivered by a forwarding agent, Westwing will also organise a free pick-up by a forwarding agent.
- 2-man team: the pick-up is usually carried out by a 2-man team.
Coordination of the pick-up date: the delivery company will contact you in good time to coordinate the pick-up date.
No costs for you
- Free collection: regardless of whether the collection is made via your delivery service provider or a forwarding agent, there are no costs for you.
