At Westwing , you can easily and freely register a return online in your customer account within the return period.
Here's how it works:
- Log into your Westwing account
on the website and go to 'My orders':
- Find the order with the item you want to return.
- Click on 'View order' and select the 'Return' option.
- Select the items you wish to return and the return type. To improve the service, Westwing asks for the reason for the return. As return type select Return.
- Print the return label for the free return directly or have it sent to you by email.
- Please pack the goods entirely, securely and undamaged in the original packaging or other suitable wrapping. Make sure to include the return slip.
- Attach the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Simply drop off the package at a parcel shop. The return is free for you.
Return via Freight Carrier
For large or bulky items delivered by a freight carrier, you can also register a return in your customer account following the same steps above.
Returns & Refunds
Once the goods have been inspected at Westwing’s delivery centre, the refund will be processed within 5-10 days. Please keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number until you receive the refund confirmation.

The return policy described does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, food, plants, and trees.
