Gift Cards
- You can purchase printable gift cards on our website.
- Gift cards can be used as payment for Westwing orders.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- You can redeem up to five gift cards per order.
- If you withdraw from a purchase made using a gift card:
- you will not receive a cash refund or bank transfer for the amount paid with the gift card.
- the gift card balance will be reactivated for the returned items.
Promotional discounts
- Promotional discounts are issued free of charge as part of sales campaigns.
- They are usually single-use.
- You can redeem only one promotional voucher per order.
- The discount value is distributed proportionally across all items in your order.
- In case of a return, the amount attributable to the returned product will be forfeited in full, even if the value of the products kept exceeds the minimum order value.
Compensation discounts
- You may receive a discount as compensation or a gesture of goodwill from customer service.
- Each discount is issued for a specific reason.
- Compensation discounts are single-use only.
