- Cancel Items: you can cancel items from your order if they haven’t already been despatched.
- Download Invoices: download invoices for each partial delivery as PDFs.
- Initiate Returns: request and manage returns.
Personal info:
- First Name, Last Name: review or change your name.
- Update your email address.
Delivery addresses
- Change or delete your current delivery address or add additional addresses.
Your wishlist
- You can save your favourite products on your personal wishlist.
Newsletter
Manage your newsletter settings:
- Change Frequency: adjust the frequency of newsletters.
- Unsubscribe: opt out of newsletters if you no longer wish to receive emails.
Notifications
- Decide which notifications you want to receive from Westwing.

Delete customer account
