Received a wrong or defective item, or something is missing?
If you have received a faulty item and decide to return it within 30 days of delivery, you can easily submit your request through your Westwing account:
- Find the order containing the item you wish to complain about.
- Click on "View order", then select the option "Return".
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item.
If you prefer a replacement or a discount instead of returning the product, please contact our Customer Service team directly.
To make the process smoother, please provide the following information:
- Photos of the faulty item (if you received the wrong item, please also include a photo of the product label).
- A description of the issue.
- Your preferred resolution.
Possible outcomes:
- We will assess whether a replacement delivery is possible.
- If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase or offer you an appropriate discount.
