Refund to the payment method used
Once we have received your return and the item has been accepted and checked by logistics, we will refund the corresponding amount to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days.
Please note that a refund to your credit card will take longer than a bank transfer and will only be visible on your next credit card statement.
Refund of delivery costs
If you return all items from an order, we will also refund the delivery costs.
Refund of used gift card code or voucher code
- If a multiple-use gift card code was used for an order and the order (or part of it) is returned, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the gift card and the code reactivated.
- If a one-time voucher was used for the order (e.g. a voucher obtained through a marketing event), it will not be reactivated after the return.
