To get your pickup scheduled as quickly as possible, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your order number, and item name.
- The pickup address, including postcode.
- A contact name and phone number for the collection.
- Preferred pickup date and any access instructions.
- Confirmation of the number of parcels and their dimensions, if available.
Pickup confirmation details
Once the pickup is arranged, you should receive confirmation with the instruction for preparing the return parcels.
Before the Courier Arrives
- Make sure all items are securely packed and clearly labelled.
- Keep the parcels accessible for the carrier on the agreed date.
- Remove any old shipping labels or barcodes if instructed.
- Have someone available at the address if a signature or handover is required.
