How can I benefit from intra-community delivery as a business customer?
- If you’re a VAT-registered business customer
- we require your company’s VAT ID.
- Once your account has been updated by a member of the Westwing Business Team, all invoices for products eligible for intra-community delivery will be issued with 0% VAT.
Please note that a small portion of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer’s warehouse is located in the country where your order is being delivered, the invoice will include VAT.
Can I become a business customer at Westwing without a VAT ID?
Yes! If you don’t have a VAT ID but do have a tax number, you can still enjoy all the benefits of our business customer program. In this case, all invoices will continue to include VAT.
