Processing with Klarna
- You have 30 days after the invoice date to pay the invoice.
- The invoice will be sent either by e-mail, separately by post or together with the goods.
- You can view your payment details at any time in the Klarna app.
Installment purchase
- You can spread the cost of your purchase up to 36 months.
- Select the installment purchase option at the checkout.
- Decide on the schedule and interest rate.
- An approval decision is made directly after the application is submitted.
- You will receive an e-mail with your payment plan as soon as Westwing has dispatched the order.

Increase of the spending limit with Klarna
The spending limit can be increased by maintaining a good payment record, paying on time and settling outstanding purchases over time. However, customer service cannot directly process requests to increase the spending limit.
Problems with payment and returns
In the event of problems with payment, Klarna offers options to extend the payment term or to split the invoice amount into installments.
Cancellations or returns are processed by Klarna, canceling scheduled payments and refunding amounts already paid.
