Follow this process to cancel an item:
- Click on 'My Account'
and select 'Orders':
- Select the order from which you want to cancel an item with the ‘View Order’ button. Please check the status of your order first. Cancellation is only possible while the order status is still ‘in progress’.
- Go to "Cancellation":
- Now you can select the item(s) you wish to cancel. Before you request a cancellation, we ask you to give us a reason. Your feedback will help us to improve our service.
- Once the details are complete, simply click on the ‘Request Cancellation’ button.
- You will then receive an automatic confirmation of your cancellation by email.
- The refund will be made within a few days. Please note that the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Item already despatched?
In this case, you still have the option of returning the unwanted item to us once it has arrived at your home or to simply refuse to accept it on delivery.
Once the item is back with us, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the payment method used.

Deleting items from the shopping cart
If you have already added items to your basket and would like to remove individual items, you can simply delete them from the basket.
- Go to the basket:
- Click on the ✕ next to the relevant item in the basket:
The item will be deleted from your basket, and you can order the remaining items or add more items.
