Creating a Westwing account gives you access to exclusive daily sales, order tracking, and account management. You can register either as an individual customer (B2C) or as a business/corporate customer (B2B).
Creating a Private Account (B2C)
You can create your account either before shopping or directly during checkout:
Option 1: Before placing an order
Click Sign in / Register in the top-right corner of the homepage.
Enter your email address in the registration window.
Check your inbox for an email containing a one-time verification code.
Enter the code in the required field on screen to complete your setup.
Option 2: During checkout
Add your desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your email address when prompted.
Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email to complete registration and finish your purchase.
Creating a Business Account (B2B)
If you are buying on behalf of a company, interior design firm, hotel, or business entity:
Click Sign in / Register on the homepage.
Look for the B2B prompt at the bottom of the registration window and click Click here (or select the Westwing Business / B2B link).
Complete the business registration form with your company details (e.g., Company Name, VAT number, and business contact information).
