Order your favorite items
The ordering process at Westwing is easy and very convenient. You can order your favorite items in six simple steps:
1. Select the item you want and add the desired quantity to your shopping basket.
2. Click 'Go to basket' to see your item in the basket and get an order overview. You also have the option to redeem a voucher.
3. Click 'Go to Checkout'.
4. Address: enter your delivery and billing address.
5. Payment details: select one of our secure payment methods.
6. Confirmation: now check everything again! Is everything correct? Click 'Buy now'.
After each completed order, you will receive a written confirmation with the corresponding order number by email.
Stylish on the go with the Westwing app
If you have an Android smartphone or an iPhone, you have the best access on the go via the Westwing app.
Once you have logged in, the Westwing app gives you maximum convenience for shopping on your mobile phone.
Buy easily items from your wishlist
Go to the wishlist item . Your personal wishlist will open and you can easily add the products to your basket.
Summarizing orders
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not yet possible to combine multiple orders at Westwing.
