For the furniture from our Westwing Shop, we already offer an assembly service in many delivery areas across Germany.

The booking of the assembly service is done per item. Prices vary depending on the product and the complexity of the assembly.
You can check the prices during the checkout process before completing your payment.
How it works:
- Tick the box for the assembly service before submitting your order
- Before delivery, our logistics partners will contact you to schedule an appointment
- On delivery, your new product will be assembled at the desired location
- Packaging waste will be taken away by our team upon request
Important notes:
- The assembly service is currently only available for deliveries to Germany (excluding German islands).
- For legal reasons, the assembly team does not carry out wall mountings.
- Please note that a completed assembly service will not be refunded in the event of a product return.
- Please ensure that the parking situation allows for long-term parking at the delivery location. To guarantee this, please ensure that a parking spot is available for the delivery van on the day of delivery.
- Our team will assemble your furniture at the desired location—provided the assembly location is at your delivery address, is accessible, and offers enough space for assembly.
No wall mountings
Unfortunately, for legal reasons, no wall mounting can be carried out when booking the assembly service. Please ensure that furniture requiring wall mounting is properly fixed. This is often recommended for cabinets to ensure stability.
Assembly service appointment scheduling
Delivery and assembly of products booked with the assembly service will occur in a single appointment. No separate appointment for assembly is necessary. Our logistics partner will contact you to schedule the appointment as soon as the delivery of the product is planned.
Adding the assembly service later
You cannot add the assembly service manually later. Please cancel the order and simply reorder with the assembly service.
Even if the product is already in the shipping process, the service cannot currently be added.
Exception: For deliveries with our Westwing Delivery Service in Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg, the service can often still be added during the appointment scheduling.
Canceling the assembly service
If a product is canceled, the assembly service for that product will also be canceled and refunded.
If, after ordering the assembly service, you decide to assemble the furniture yourself, you can simply cancel the assembly service separately. Go to your customer account, select the order, and cancel the assembly service there.
If the product is already in the shipping process, canceling the assembly service is unfortunately not possible.
Returning a product with assembly service
Please note that a completed assembly service will not be refunded in the event of a product return.
You can, of course, return the product itself as usual. For detailed information on this, please refer to our articles for returns.
Please note that the product must be disassembled before collection. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a disassembly service for returns.
