Discount codes can be added during checkout:
- Add items to your basket and go to the basket page.
- Under the order summary, click ‘Add a voucher’.
- Select a voucher or enter the discount code manually.
- Click ‘Redeem’.
- The amount will be deducted from the total and shown in green.
- You can also add a code in the final step of checkout under the order overview.
Using discounts
- Any promotional discount is permanently linked to your customer account.
- Check whether you are logged in with the correct e-mail address under which the discount was entered.
- If you have received the email with the discount but cannot find it, this could be because you have created several accounts with different e-mail addresses.
- Make sure that you are using the correct email address to access the relevant customer account.
Adding a voucher code after placing an order
- Due to technical reasons, it is not possible to apply a gift card or discount after the order has been placed.
Invalid or expired code
- Please always check whether the voucher has expired or has already been used.
- If you have difficulties redeeming a voucher code, please contact our customer service.
Further information
- None of the vouchers, except the 'free delivery discount', can be used to offset the delivery costs.
- Remaining amounts cannot be paid out in cash.
- Promotional discount can only be used once and expires if the corresponding product is returned.
