Order overview and shipment tracking
Have you not yet received the goods you ordered? You can easily check your orders via your customer account and view the individual orders.
Follow these steps to find your shipment tracking:
- My Account
- Orders (click on the desired order)
- There you can find the tracking link for each shipment
Sometimes a shipment cannot be delivered to you by the carrier and is made available for collection at a parcel store, left with a neighbor or returned to the sender.
The order is ready for pick-up at the parcel store
If your order is ready for collection at a parcel store, you can find more information about the address and opening hours via the tracking function.
If the carrier has not left a notification in your letterbox, you can simply take your ID card with you for identification purposes when you collect the order from the parcel store.
If it is not possible for you to collect the order from the parcel store, please contact our customer service. Once the collection period has expired, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
The order is returned to the sender as a returned parcel
If the shipment is returned to the sender after unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will receive the money back. In this case, you have to order the item again.
