You can track your order at any time in your customer account.
How to track your delivery:
- Go to your customer account.
- Open your order overview.
- Select the relevant order and click ‘View order’:
- Click the ‘Track delivery’ button.
If delivery is not successful
If the carrier cannot deliver your parcel directly, one of the following may happen:
- The parcel is left with a neighbour.
- It is delivered to a parcel shop for collection.
- It will be returned to the sender, and you will receive a refund.
Parcel shop collection
If your order is delivered to a parcel shop:
- You can find the address and opening hours in the tracking information.
- Please bring a valid ID when collecting your parcel.
- If you cannot collect it in time, contact customer service.
- After the collection period expires, the parcel will be returned, and you will receive a refund.
