Missing parts on delivery from Westwing
When you receive a delivery from Westwing, we make sure that everything is complete.
However, if parts are missing, we are happy to help:
- Contact our customer service: Let us know which parts are missing and send us a photo of the assembly instructions with the missing elements marked.
- Ordered by us: We will ensure that the missing parts are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer.
- Self-organization: If you prefer to organize the missing parts yourself, please send us the receipt and we will reimburse the costs.
