If you have received a damaged or incorrectly delivered item, we will be happy to help:
Contact our customer service:
- Get in touch with us via e-mail, so that we can find a suitable solution.
Required information:
- Please send us a photo of the damaged item or the item sticker with the item number if the item was delivered incorrectly.
- Also briefly describe the problem and what damage the item has.
Complaint processing:
- After receiving the photos, we will process your complaint and inform you of the progress by e-mail.
Solution options:
- We will check the possibility of a replacement delivery. (Currently, replacement delivery isn't possible in Portugal and the Netherlands.)
- If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price or offer you a good discount.
